Worked Friday and this forenoon on the house. Finished the outside today. Have only a few pairs of blinds to do and the floors of the porches when it will be finished. The weather has become very warm the past three days. Received an application yesterday for a picture for an exhibition at St. Louis. Answered the note. Received a note from Rose Durfee and today and application for a picture from the Mechanics Fair at Boston.
