Sunday, Aug 18, 1889 The same delightful weather. Calvert and I have been at work all day on the details of the plotting the property and this evening we went down and spent the evening with John and decided important matters. Calvert goes back to N. Y. tomorrow morning but Downing will remain to stake out the lots and the streets.
