Summary: Two menus from hotel restaurants, one from "The Antlers" in Colorado Springs (dated May 3, 1887); the other from "The Windsor" in Denver (dated May 1, 1887). Reverse of Antlers menu has a wood engraving of The Antlers, a hotel, annotated in pencil with lines pointing to "our room" and "parlor floor."
