Description: Tape 01, Side 01 Laurie Lisle and Mike Nevelson watch an unnamed documentary film about Louise Nevelson. Recording is from TV or radio speakers with some additional live sounds and dialogue. Sound quality is muffled and low. Tape 01, Side 02 and Tape 02, Side 02 loud continuous buzzing throughout recording. Portions of Nevelson's talk are difficult to hear. Recording is a phone interview with Mike Nevelson. Topics are wide-ranging and include Mike Nevelson's life events in the 1930s and 1940s, International Maritime Union, Charles Nevelson, Louise Nevelson, her father Isaac Berliawsky and her brother Nate Berliawsky. Tape 02, Side 01 hum; tape machine noise in background. Recording is an interview with Richard Roberts. Topics include Roberts's mother Colette Roberts, her life and work as a gallery owner, and his recollections of Louise Nevelson.
