Writings include Fitzgerald's notebook, his notes on gilding and various topics, an essay about the ship, "The Elizabeth Howard," an essay by an unidentified author about Fitzgerald's and Rockwell Kent's friendship, and essays on Fitzgerald. Also in the series are index cards containing notes for a catalog of the 1984 exhibition, "James Fitzgerald," by Calvin Hennig . There are also interviews and accompanying transcripts that relate friends' recollections of Fitzgerald. Recordings are on 4 sound cassettes.
