Summary: The papers of painter Jennett Lam measure 0.6 linear feet and date from 1954 to 1981. Found are artworks, biographical material, correspondence, photographs of Lam, of Louise Nevelson, and of works of art, and printed material. Also found is a copy of Lam's senior thesis on collage.
Biographical/Historical Note
Jennett Lam (1911-1985) was a painter and educator active in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Lam taught art at the University of Bridgeport and was a recipient of the MacDowell fellowship.
