Included are photographs, many attributed to Roxanne Everett, of artists fabricating and installing their sculpture at Lippincott, Inc., and other sites. Included are photographs of artists, art installations, general shop and field photographs. Artists include Claes Oldenburg, Robert Murray, George Sugarman, Louise Nevelson, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosati, Ellsworth Kelly, and others.
Biographical/Historical Note
Lippincott, Inc. (est. 1966-closed 1994) founded by Don Lippincott in North Haven, Connecticut, was an arts fabricator and organization designed to help artists create large scale sculptures and receive help in transportation, conservation, and installation of their work.
