John McEntee and I went to Glen E[?] to fish for chubs yesterday. It was a cool windy day and the mountains looked finely. We wore our overcoats riding out. We caught a nice lot of chubs some of them weighing a pound or more and found it very good sport. We did not get home until after eight o'clock.
