I did not feel well on Monday and stayed quietly in my room. Tuesday evening went to Mr. Gordons Artist party. Wednesday went to the Wheelers to spend a couple of days. The weather has cleared off cold. Received a thousand dollars today from the Buffalo Art Association for my picture "Sea from Shore". Palmer called to see me. Have not seen him since he went to Europe.
