Jervis McEntee Diaries

Wednesday June 6, 1883

Jervis McEntee Diary Entry, June 6, 1883, from the Jervis McEntee papers, 1850-1905, in the Archives of American Art, Smithsonian Institution

Wednesday, June 6, 1883 Marion stood for me all forenoon and I painted a figure of her about a foot high. It has been very warm. I hope to work on the picture tomorrow. We had thunder showers all afternoon and evening.
