Tuesday, May 15, 1883 Arranged my pictures for the summer and worked on various things towards getting ready to leave. A meeting of the Artists Mutual Aid Society in Woods room. Adopted an amendment to the Constitution in which a willingness to take charge of a deceased members artistic effects is embodied. Dielman, Bristol, Story, McCord and F. S. Church were elected members. Calvert and I went to see the Black Creek at the Grand Opera house. Nothing very good.
