Summary: The papers of painter Emma Ehrenreich measure 1.4 linear feet and date from circa 1938 to 1976. The collections includes biographical material, correspondence, photographs, and printed material. Of note are illustrated letters from John Von Wicht and his wife Kunigunde (Kuni).
Emma Ehrenreich (1906- ) was an abstract painter in New York City, New York. She studied at the Art Students League, City College of New York, Hunter College, and Long Island university. Ehrenreich was married to Bernard Ehrenreich and maintained close friendships with many artists.
Donated 1976 by Emma Ehrenreich.
