Biographical/Historical Note
Grace Overmyer (1888-1976) was an author in New York City, New York. Born in Kansas, she worked as a society columnist before moving to New York City and becoming a freelance writer. She wrote on issues related to government support of the arts including Government and the Arts which was published in 1939.
