Loren Madsen papers, 1969-2019

Installations and proposals includes correspondence; photographs, negatives, and slides; sketches; planning documents; invoices, receipts, and other financial documents; proposals; clippings; and other printed and digital material related to Madsen's sculpture installations. Not all of the installations represented in these files were completed. A list of installations and proposals, compiled by the artist, appears at the front of the first folder in this series. Researchers should note that additional digital material related to installations and proposals may be found in Series 6, Artwork.

This series is arranged chronologically by installation/proposal, except when restorations or reinstallations occur, in which case all projects are grouped together.
