Marian Hettner Grunbaum (1894-2000) was a painter and violinist active primarily in Houston, Texas.
Grunbaum was born in Germany and studied at the University of Heidelberg after World War I. She left Germany in 1937 with her husband, Franz Victor Grunbaum, in the wake of Hitler's rise to power. The Grunbaum's settled in Houston, Texas, where Grunbaum enrolled in art school in 1950 after raising her children. She exhibited her work extensively into her mid-eighties.
