Worked on the screen in the forenoon. In the afternoon washed the wagon and Gertrude and I took a charming ride crossing the Sawkill ford and through Plattskill across the Glasco bridge and home by Glen Erie arriving home at half past 7. It was pretty warm and dusty but the country was very beautiful.
