The Lippincott, Inc. photographs measure 9.3 linear feet and date from circa 1965 to 2009. Included are photographs, many attributed to Roxanne Everett, of artists fabricating and installing their sculpture at Lippincott, Inc., and other sites. Included are photographs of artists, art installations, general shop and field photographs. Artists include Claes Oldenburg, Robert Murray, George Sugarman, Louise Nevelson, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosati, Ellsworth Kelly, and others.

Photographs on microfilm reel 1400 donated 1974 by Roxanne Everett and Donald B. Lippincott; those on microfilm reel 1875 donated 1978 by Everett. Unmicrofilmed photographs donated by Roxanne Everett, October 4, 1983 and by Donald B. Lippincott, Alfred G. Lippincott and Jonathan D. Lippincott in 2024.
