Scope and Contents
The papers of painter and educator Marion Huse measure 1.4 linear feet and date from 1884 to 1985. Found are biographical materials, personal and professional correspondence, scattered sales records, printed material, and five sketchbooks. Photographs depict Huse and the Huse family, her homes and the Springfield Studio.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Donated 1999 by Fuller Museum of Art, which received the papers through Huse's executor, along with over 5,000 paintings and works on paper comprising the Marion Huse Collection.
